I thought my milometer might interest you. I attach a picture I took
This week (I was stationary) that shows the milometer reading 111111, the trip reading 111.1 and the mpg 11.1 and I was in first gear. What do you think of that? I knew I was coming up to 111111 so a little bit of arithmetic gave me the exact mileage to reset the trip to zero (111111 - 111.1). The next bit was to think of where I should be able to stop at the precise moment and a motorway hard shoulder seemed the best option but I was getting worried as I had run into roadworks and the hard shoulder was coned off but with 100 yards to go the cones finished and I was able to pull over. About a mile before I was due to pull over I reset the mpg so when I stopped I just waited until the reading displayed 11.1. Voila!
