Blowing hot, not cold

I have a Ford KA 2004 model. My blowers inside the car are only blowing hot air even when on cool. The car gets really hot inside even on short journeys.

Electric valve stuck open on the pipe between the engine and the heater Matrix. Very common on Kas.
