I have a 2005 Kia Picanto and need to get the passenger airbag deactivated. I have three toddlers and cannot get three car seats across the back of the car so have no choice but to put one in the passenger seat assuming I can get airbag switched off. Is this possible?

You don't switch the airbag off when a toddler is in a forward facing seat. The only reason for switching it off is if a rear facing baby or child seat is being used. An airbag is more likely to save a forward facing toddler's life than harm it in any way. But it is obviously better to set the seat as far back as is reasonably possible.
