Snower car

My other half currently has a Cliosport 182, which she loves. However, we are thinking about moving house, to out in the sticks where there is every chance the snow will cause problems (it's bad enough in suburbia in a Clio 182. It's highly likely we would be looking for a SUV/4x4. Which would you most recommend?

Switching from a hot hatch, by far the most fun is the Skoda Yeti with 4WD and the 1.8 160PS petrol engine. Test and vid:
