Teves brakes
How many readers have AUDI, SEAT, SKODA, or VW products with Teves ABS faults and replacement parts costing £1,170 - £1,300? We currently have had this problem on both a 2.0 TDI SEAT Altea and a 2.0 TDI VW Golf. It seems the VW group has build issues, yet main dealers and group customer services are not keen to make a contribution or even acknowledge it. Your advice is certainly welcome.

Between 75 and 100. From the feedback I get this is a vastly greater problem than Toyota accelerator pedals. Yet VOSA refuses to order a vehicle safety recall. I think VAG might have convinced VOSA that it is handling the problem, and has not told VOSA the extent of it, nor that many owners are being asked to fork out £1,300 or more, which implies that both VAG and the dealer are making a profit on replacing a faulty, safety-related component on cars from just 3.5 years old. Fortunately a British firm has a solution. It is able to repair the existing units in a manner that eliminated the problem for the future. More at:
