We are considering buying a Ford C-Max and have two in our sights.
1. 54 Reg 1.6 TDCi Ghia CVT
2. 56 Reg 2.0 Ghia Petrol
Both are priced at £7,500. Which, in your opinion, is best value? We do about 8,000 miles per year and currently have a 2000W 1.8 Passat SE with 123,000 miles on clock for which we have been offered £500 PX.

Do NOT buy the CVT. The CVT has a very poor reliability record and
is very expensive to fix.
