Diminishing return

If your garage returned your car after servicing, by special truck, and damaged it, what would you do? The car: a Bentley. The damage: Scraped the entire front wing and part of the driver's door. First incident: No, something bad happens every time it visits them. Do I have a choice of dealer: No, it’s a Bentley, there aren't too many franchised dealers....important when the car is still under warranty.

Legal action, not just for the damage, but for the diminution in value caused by the dealer's repeated negligence. Take the car to another Bentley dealer and try to part exchange it for a more expensive one. If he makes a poor offer for your car, ask him why. And if he tells you it's because of the repaired body damage, you then have your case.
