Well and truly over
I have tried a Vauxhall Agila to replace my 1995 Rover 114GSI. OK. Next a Suzuki Splash, which I have read is better. But if I look over £10k-£13k, is there anything else small, firm ride, manual and reliable for 8k miles a yr I should look at?

The Suzuki Spash is exactly the same as the Vauxhall Agila apart from the badges, made on the same production line. Bigger possibilities with upright seats include the Toyota Yaris, Nissan
Note and the new KIA Venga.
