I hope that you will do your utmost to publicise the iniquitous proposal to disallow costs when a motorist successful contests a wrongful motoring conviction. Please encourage readers to sign the petition to Downing Street. This is yet another stealth tax foisted upon the motorist, and in this case the ones unjustly charged for offences they did not commit. Time is not on our side, so public outcry needs to be loud and soon.
