Parking fine
l received a letter of a fine for £80 for being in a car park for more than 3hrs - 3hrs and 32min to be exact. I have stayed in the car park for 4hrs before because l go to the the gym. It happens to be DW Sports fitness centre which is in a retail area which is never stuck for spaces and states on the website free car parking! l have never seen any signs for time limits on the car park and have been a member for two and a half years now.
I am very annoyed at this. I tried to call but its all automated and was going to appeal against it but not sure after looking at reviews about them, do I appeal against it or ignore?

If it's not clearly signed you don't have to pay. Write back stating 'not cleary signed' and that you will happily see them in court.
