How do I stop water leaks in my car through the air vents?

I have had problems with water getting into the front of my car through the air vents if the drain in the air box gets blocked, usually by leaves. How can I stop this?

Everyone has this problem. The answer is to regularly clear the drains. The best tool for this is a 'teapot spout brush'.

You've said that cars struggle with water leaks because the bulkhead drainage vents get blocked, but how do I find the vents to prevent this happening? The manual does not say.
