A dealer won't send me the warranty for a car I bought two months ago - what should I do?
Almost two months ago I bought a five year Range Rover from an authorised Land Rover in Guildford, Surrey. The salesman repeatedly says he is sending me the warranty, but nothing arrives. Also the spare smart key does not work and my local Land Rover dealer, here in Scotland, is not getting cooperation from them. I have written to the sales manager but so far nothing is forthcoming. Please advise me on what action I should take?

Check the cost of a five year warranty for your vehicle from honestjohn12.motoreasy.com/ and from WarrantyWise then send a letter to the supplying dealer that if he does not send you the warranty documentation for the warranty you bought with the car you intend to sue him for the cost of one of these warranties in Small Claims in the County Court. It may not be worth your while to pursue them for cost of the repair of the smart key. Might merely need a battery.
