If my car was damaged by another car that caught fire, whose insurance should I claim from?

I was recently in a car park when another car nearby caught fire. Luckily I was able to move my car away, but if the fire had damaged my car would I have had to claim from my insurance or that of the car that initially caught fire?

That of the car that caught fire, but via your insurer. You would have to do it through them and in so notify them.
