What should I pay for my company car, a 2006 BMW 5 Series SE Tourer?

I have the chance to purchase my company car which is a BMW 2006 5 Series 2.0D SE Tourer. The car has 84,500 miles on the clock and I would like your advice on whether this would be a sensible purchase, given the mileage. Under warranty, the car has had repairs to the rear axle differential at about 80,000 miles, and the self-levelling suspension at about 60,000 miles. Specifically, I would like to know how much I should pay for the car, what future major expenses I should reasonably expect and how many miles should I expect from the engine? I have driven the car from new and it is good condition.
