Buying an old Honda Stream - will it be reliable?

I am getting a Honda Stream 2.0 VTEC SE Sport with 100,000 miles on the clock. Is this a good car? If so, what should I look out for?

It's an old car and the engine is belt cam so you probably need to get the timing belt changed. Very little room in the rearmost seats and they are very difficult to access (I've tried it). Almost no feedback on it. What we have is here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/honda/stream-2002/?s...d
