Dealer won't provide extended warranty documents

We purchased a used Ford Fiesta from a dealer five months ago for £5700. The extended warranty was included in price, but the dealer has never sent us the relevant documents. We've tried calling them, but no joy. What should we do?

Tell the dealer that if he does not provide the warranty that you paid for, you will purchase one from Warranty Direct or Warranty Wise and sue him for the cost of it using the small claims track of the county court.
