Can you recommend a new car that will last 12 years?
I have found buying a new car and keeping it for 12 years works for me. Can you suggest something I should buy for £25,000?
I car should have reasonable performance to overtake, with comfortable seats, I hate sports seats which "hug" you. Probably 8000 - 10,000 miles a year and too old to chuck a car around anymore. Will be doing some long trips including Europe.

The best 'D' sector car is the Mazda 6. And you can get discounts. If too big, then the new Mazda 3. Diesel probably okay because they are EU6 without needing additives and the design should mean no DPF trouble. I had none in 14,000 miles in a year.
