Is this used 5 Series a good buy?

Am seriously thinking of buying a BMW 520 SE automatic got £18,990 with 28,000 miles on the clock.
My only problem is it's had two owners which seems a lot with only a low mileage on the clock. It has a 12 month guarantee with an 18 month service left. Do think it's a good buy or should I keep on looking?

If a car was pre-registered to a dealer and then the first buyer it would have two owners on the V5C. Every car needs an oil and filter change at least every year or every 12k miles. Can't comment on the price without knowing the age and plate.
