New Toyota RAV-4 - is this a good deal?

I asm interested in a Toyota Rav-4 2.2 D -4D Invincible 2013 for sale for £21,970 with 5000 miles on the clock.

I have been offered £6000 p/x on my Rav4(06)XT3 with 62000 miles on the clock. Is this a good deal or have I room for more?

Toyota has just upgraded the RAV-4 with essential extras (such as a spacesaver spare). The 2.0i Valvematic Multidrive S is anyway the best RAV-4 to go for, not either of the diesels. The car you have been offered is not a bargain.
