Should I fix or sell my car?

I live alone and am very reliant on my 2003 BMW 3 Series. It has done 110,000 miles and has been very reliable, but the indicators have a recurring electrical fault, the vacuum pump is leaking and both the left and right suspensions arms have slight play in the pin/bush. Is this the time to replace it with a newer model?

The indicator problem will be due to an earthing fault. The suspension problem is common on this model. So depends on whether you want to spend the money fixing it, or spend a lot more money on a newer car.
