Why is my Volkswagen Polo so noisy?

I bought a 2009 Volkswagen Polo two months ago and within a few weeks the problems started. The engine is really noisy and vibrates and the dealer has told me this is normal for a three-cylinder engine? Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do?

That is relatively normal for the three-cylinder chain cam 1.2 in the Polo. But if it is not idling correctly it will shake about a lot on its mounts and that needs addressing.
