Vauxhall Cavalier using lots of water

My Vauxhall Cavalier is using quite a lot of water, but there’s no leak or any sign of ingress into the oil. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Might be blowing it out of the expansion tank. Might be a cracked head introducing it to a combustion chamber. Have a look at the spark plugs.
