SEAT Leon - info on the engines?

Can you please tell me if the 140PS 1.4 TSI engine is the SEAT version of the ACT Volkswagen engine, with a cam belt, or a standard engine but with higher rating?
Also, is the 1.8 Seat Leon petrol engine a new one, and, finally, do you still rate the new Leon highly?

1.4 TSI 140 ACT is belt cam. 1.8 is chain cam. I have not yet driven the new Leon, but my testers rate it.
