Will a CLK230 gearbox give me trouble?

I want to buy a second hand Mercedes-Benz CLK 230 Kompressor with tiptonic gear box (2002).

It's done 126,000 miles.

I understand that IF the gear box goes I'm looking at a large bill but do you know of any known problems with this make and model?

'Tiptronic' refers to the fact that you can select gears manually.
