Have you had an opinion of fleetprices.co.uk? They are offering outright sale of Focus ST 3 at £20,090.35 OTR.

Wondered if there were any drawbacks?

If they register it to a fleet for the first 6 months of its life and you do not get the V5C until 6 or 7 months after purchase then you could have problems with insurance and with any ANPR tickets either for parking or road traffic offences.
