Help refitting cam-belt on a Carina E

What way should the timing belt guide fit on the crank shaft pully on a Toyota Carina E 1995?
The saucer facing in the way or out the way?

If you are referring to the crankshaft sprocket guide washer then it should be refitted with the saucer facing outwards.
