Loss of power after having work done on my Focus

I am the owner of a Ford Focus TDCi 2006 plate. I have just recently (yesterday) had the dual mass flywheel and clutch replaced as well as the concentric slave cylinder. All was working fine until today when the engine management light came on and I seem to have lost some power to the engine. I'm not getting the power I used too, very frustrating when it takes longer to reach speeds of 70mph on motorway as I'm trudging along initially at 40mph in 4th gear. Before I take it back to the garage I would like to know whether there is anything I can suggest to them. I did also notice that battery may of been disconnected at some point during the works as I had to reset my radio.

Given that they have worked on it, it would be best to take it back and get them to carry out a diagnostic check which should then show up a fault code ie P---- 4 numbers which can then be related to the problem. Could well be one of the many sensors fitted.
Yes the battery would always be disconnected when carrying out that type of work.
