Dissatisfied with Polo Bluetooth system

Ordered new Polo. Told it had Bluetooth. On delivery saw that it did but it's a "stick on" on top of the dash with a wire running to back of dashboard.
Had to have car on the road so took delivery & complained about bluetooth not being part of the build.

No response yet from dealer, Listers, about misrepresented feature.
My options now if any? Redress?

No, because it did have Bluetooth when delivered even though it is not factory Bluetooth.
