When is a DPF fluid change due?

My Ford dealer tells me that I should have completely changed the DPF oil at the 37,500 service. My village garage - who did the service - says that AutoData (where they get their guidance on service requirements) says I only needed to top up the oil, which they did at the service. Who is correct?

Our C-MAX is coming up to 3 years old and has done 60,000 miles - it gets a hard drive most months but has been regularly serviced and cared for.

I just don't want Ford or my next warranty provider to tell me that I have nullified the warranty because we haven't complied with the service rules.

Another reader just got stung £75.50 for this fluid in a 37,500 mile service. The fluid does not need to be replaced. It merely needs to be topped up. Charging for a full containerfull seems to be the latest service rip-off. The fluid is released into the fuel tank every time you refuel, so it lasts longest if you brim the tank and run to nearly empty than if you continually top up.
