Limiting DMF damage?

What driving techniques (if any) would you advise to limit damage to Dual Mass Flywheels - I have a Freelander 2 (09 plate)?

No running at low revs in high gears, no harsh acceleration in 1st and 2nd gears, and never let the clutch pedal out at idle revs.
