Insurance for 19 year old - is this fronting?

I am 19 years old and have held my license for a year, and I got a quote of £1300 to insure a 1.8tdci Ford Focus (mk1). My mother filled out the details and added me as an additional driver, but declared that I will be the main driver of the car. Am I right to think this isn't "fronting", as i want to do things properly?

If she has declared you to be the main driver of the car and that she is merely an additional driver (which helps get the cost down) then that is legitimate. Had she untruthfully declared herself to be the main driver then that would have been 'fronting'.
