Noisey 3 Series suspension

I have a 2007 E90 BMW 3 series. I have speed bumps near my house and when coming down off the bump there is a suspension creaking noise from both sides of the front of car. Otherwise the car is quiet. I had the car inspected by a mechanic and I was told that there was nothing obviously wrong.

I was wondering what the noise could be.

Very probably a broke coil spring end.
