Water ingress in SEAT Leon doors

I have a two year old Seat Leon Ecomotive that has several faults which I believe should be repaired under the warranty (unfortunately SEAT disagree).

My first problem is that the doors appear to collect water, which then causes serious condensation issues in the winter months, the supplying dealer says that it is normal for condensation to occur but when the weather is wet the offside side windows do not completely clear even after a thirty five minute commute.

My other complaint is that the paint seems very soft, I now have thirty paint chips. My wife's eleven year old Chrysler Voyager which only has two - I think this implies that the SEAT's paint is of a poor quality.

I would be interested as to what redress if any you think I have against Seat or the supplying dealer.

Since claims so far have been refused, you would need to take these matters to the small claims track of the county court in an action against the supplying dealer. What happens is that when the door is closed the door seal can prevent the door from draining. You can free up the door drains yourself using a wooden skewer.
