Accident recorder
I'm considering buying an accident (black box)video recording system, e.g. Roadhawk, to provide evidence, if applicable, of my not being at fault in any accident which I might be involved in.
Do you think such video evidence would be given any credance by the insurance company, or simply be ignored?
Alternatively could it be used to support any subsequent civil action against the other party to claim damages and costs?

More likely to be ignored. But it is evidential if you took the other party to court over any losses you incurred.
