How's this Fiesta sound?

I am currently trying to find a car to buy and I have come across a 2003 1.3L Ford Fiesta LX, which has done 59,000 miles. It's priced at £2995 from an independent dealer (Croydon area).

The car drives well and looks in good condition, with very few scratches etc. and the interior is free from stains and damage.

Obviously you don't pay the forcourt price but does this seem reasonable? Also with it having done 59,000 miles is it worth trying to get the cambelt replaced when negotiating the price? And are there any other considerations? I chose this car as its one of the few superminis I fit in and seems to be known for good reliability (as Im just over 6'1" so my knees hit the steering wheel in Corsas and Clios etc.)

Avoid Fiesta 1.3s like the plague. 1.25s okay. 1.3s with the ancient pushrod engine not okay. Might be one with the very rare Ka South African 1.3 ohc engine, but that's a long shot.
