Power-a-sister steering

Two years ago my sister suffered an accident that crushed a vertebra. It has healed to a great extent and she is mobile on foot and about the house. She has a Peugeot 206 with power-assisted steering. Its steering is not heavy, but still the action of turning the steering wheel brings more pain than can be borne. She is therefore looking for the small car that needs the least steering effort of all on the UK market, as measured by the force required at the wheel rim. Can you possibly advise her?

FIAT Panda, Punto, Grande Punto, 500 or Bravo with Dualdrive power steering. City mode is frighteningly light.
