Ten grand tourer

If you had £10,000 or perhaps a bit more to spend on an old car (not a nearly young car) what would you buy or what would you recommend me to buy? Something with a heater and room for the spouse and little one? Any advice will be gratefully received

I wouldn't buy an old car, simply because I had what are now old cars when they were new cars and I can't stand their lack of reliability. Last year I did have £10k, and I bought a brand new FIAT 500 1.2 with a few bits on it for £9,500. Now I'd seriously consider a Hyundai i10 1.2 Classic, Comfort or Style (from £6,800 to £8,000).
