Rights bothers

Nearly four years ago I purchased a 1994 FIAT Panda Colour from M1 Motor Auctions Leeds for £100. I have done about 60k miles in it, and I cannot believe the rear exhaust silencer is now blowing. Do you think that either M1 Motor Auctions or FIAT should cover the cost of this? I thought I would seek your advice before taking this up with either party, as I have lost my receipt for the car.

I suggest you immediately employ a high profile solicitor and advance him £20,000 to fight your case. If it all goes wrong you'll have only lost £20,000 + court costs, and while you're wasting that sort of money over your £100 motor, please slip me £10,000 for this extremely bad advice.
