We would suggest a good all-purpose cleaner such as G101, which can be diluted to suit the specific requirements of the job and is safe to use on paintwork and rubber as well as many other surfaces you would find in a car. Spray generously on the surface and agitate with soft brush, and use a plastic trim tool if you need to get behind the rubbers, then rinse.
