What sort of wheelchair accessible vehicle should I look at for my disabled husband?

I’m looking for my first WAV to transport my husband and his mobility scooter and our dog, what are my options?

We would recommend looking at van-derived cars, as these generally offer excellent space for the money and they are a popular choice for WAV conversions, so converters have plenty of experience working with them. We would suggest looking at van-based cars such as the Ford Tourneo Connect, Citroen Berlingo, Vauxhall Combo Life and Volkswagen Caddy.
