  I am considering an engine decarbonsing service on my 1.9D (90,000 miles) for £75.  This is supposedly hydrogen-based, "burning off 75% of the carbon deposits that prevent your engine running smoothly".  I am getting 45mpg at present and there are no obvious problems

  my sons ford ka air con as never worked and the pipe is broke at the front, now the belt runs the pump and it has got very noisy and hot.Can you fit a smaller belt off a ford ka without ac on and bypass the ac pump .thank you

  Thought provoking letter in the Daily Mail.  What happens if you are stuck in a blizzard for hours in your limited range EV. Presumably you will very quickly run out of battery for drive and heat.  At least with conventional fuel that would not be the case unless you were stupid

  Fuel priming bulb deflates until engine stops running and then slowly inflates either with hand pumping or by itself.  Engine then starts and process is repeated.  New fuel pump and fuel solenoid fitted. It seems no power at in tank pump. Thank you.

  Inreresting to see "John" say that Diesels sometimes blow their turbos due to bearings going because people don't idle the cars after a run. Many petrol engines have water cooled turbos like the 1.4 Tsi VAG engine. Maybe they should start water cooling turbos on Diesels for reliability.

  Picked up my 14 plate tourer in m sport spec with 19" alloys . On the first wash I noticed the front and rear tyre sizes are not the same? Fronts are 225/40 r19 Rears are 255/35 r19 All run flats is this normal on BMW's?

  Hi all any advice welcome. My 2001 3.2 di shogun 180k is loosing coolent from expansion tank when engine running. The coolent is dirty/oily and frothy. Engine oil cap is normal no sign of water on it ! Heater not working as well ! Many Thanks

    I'm getting a "Stop Start Error" message and either 1 or 2 coil warning lights coming on, and then engine runs rough. Seat Dealer says it needs new injectors. Has anyone had the same fault? Car is only 30mths old & done 78000miles.

  Friend has lost the keys to the 306lxd and have replacement ready to fit. I presume the steering wheel has to be removed first to access it,the covers are already off. Could someone run me through removing the s/wheel -without setting the airbag off?- and removing the barrell please.
