  Haven't really bothered with the air-con since I bought the car a couple of months ago, but I've noticed that it's not very cold at all. Compressor is working, because the revs change when the air-con's switched on, and the car won't climb hills with it on! Is it likely to just need regassing

  The air con. on my Rover 400 diesel works for about 10 mins then stops. The fan works fine, it's that the air is no longer cold. This has got progressively worse over the last few months.

  Is climate control just the same as Air con? I am asking because the Vitara has climate control with a dial that reads: 18c -23c -28c, I would like to know how 18c on climate control can ever be classed as "cold"? I thought that air con had to be roundabout 8c. I am confused.
