somewhat intimidated by the prospect of getting it running myself; I'm not technically clueless, but I'm no expert. Am I being too timid or is reviving such a vehicle really a job for the specialist? -

Honda Civic Temp Gauge 22 Apr 2004 (Forum)
Hi, I am looking after a 95 1.5 Civic coupe for a relative at the minute. My problem relates to the temperature gauge. As the engine warms up the needle rises to just above the c for cold mark but then falls again to the bottom (as if the engine was not running) and then back up to above c -

Cavalier 3. Runs ok but I think one of the spark plug threads is crossed or stripped (not by me!), it\'s fairly tight but feels as if it\'d turn forever. I\'ve read an archive on helicoiling but I think that thread-locking cement might do the trick. So the question is: Which cement? The car -

I have a 3year old 42k mile ML430. I've had it a couple of weeks and the fuel consumption is worse than my previous ML430 (i.e. terrible). It smells like it is running rich all the time and even when fully warmed up the exhaust still smells 'rich' and slighly smoky. I am guessing something could
