  Hi has anyone heard of this problem, occasionaly when i break hard say exiting the motorway the engine completely stops and refuses to restart as if no fuel supply is getting through, after leaving it for 30 mins it restarts, its happened a few times now and baffles the breakdown man.

  Read the previous forum re the above problem. Mine started today 7/6/10, on checking fuel system noticed that air is being sucked in through the filter bleed point, suggesting negative pressure. Any advice would be welcome, also where are the leak off pipes located?   Thanks

  Does any kind person out there know how to take the fuel pump out. I have got the inspection cover under back seats open and the pump is held down by a large ring nut.
