  Hi, I've been a bit of an idiot and managed to put the key for my Mk 4 Golf GTI through the washing machine. The key will now not unlock remotely my cenral locking and disable the alarm. I've taken the key apart, dried it out and fitted new batterys and still no luck. Has anyone got any other

  I own a T5 estate 2.3 2000 w reg. Yesterday the cooling fan would not stop running even when the ignition off, and it eventually drained the battery. The only way to stop it is to pull the plug apart. Does anybody know how to fix it without taking it to a expensive garage? Thanks. Post

  i recently bought a peugeot 306 DT N reg. The central locking and alarm didnt work, i put this down to the key fob. Changed the flat battery to find key fob was broken, changed key fob to find that although key fob was broke, ,something else doesnt work. Can someone please help me- a) locate

  ,then add in the electric motor,batteries and control gear would only add £10,000 to the price so an electric car should be around the £20,000 mark to buy.I think we are being ripped off somewhere?
