Nice but costly

Having the previous version I thought I knew what I was getting with this car, an upgraded version of my previous car that served me so well. Not so. This car while is great when wworking but has cost me in repairs . Steering column failure in the 1st 3 weeks of ownership. Steering wheel buttons failure along with electric tailgate failure within the first year. Lucky under warranty otherwise £1200 to repair. Srs airbag issue turned out to be because of folding the rear seats down and needing the pre tensioner replaced. Issue cleared itself but not before paying £170 for a diagnostic test. Front parking sensors have starting playing up. Wipers and screen washers block very easily, stop start can't make up its mind even when disabled and now passenger air bag is disengaged all because I turned lane assist off. This car is full of bugs. It does however drive well and will manage 60 mpg on a motorway.
