Hugely practical
Counting Seat+VW,this is my 4th sharan/Alhambra.
A big step up in interior cabin quality and ease of seat configuration.
Manual gearbox is pretty notchy and the mpg is about 8mpg worse than the older model.
Obviously a lot more tech than the older model-some of it welcome, some less so.Dont like the adblue concept or the stop/start system. The hill hold is useful and the auto windsreen wipe/lights are ok.
The sliding rear doors are a great idea, and really no need to opt for the electric versions tbh.
Rather sad to see vehicles of this type stopping production,I need one for work and short of buying a big van there's no suitable vehicle out there anymore.
