When it works, great, but very unreliable and awful dealer support

Two major faults so far. Car broke down 9 months in and needed a new charging unit. In the dealer for a month. Most recently it’s thrown error codes across most components, dealers currently saying they can’t look at it for over a month.

It also occasionally jumps to all being in French, the app is unreliable.

When it works it’s fine. Miles/kWh nowhere near advertised, but 2.5-3 m/kWh is realistic most of the time. Motorways really knock it down.
