fantastic performance smooth delivery but take a petrol tanker with you

Test drove one in 2007/2008 should have bought one then but kept my 2002 218i se saloon re elderly parents. Changed to a fast seat leon 2012 but had to have one of these. Test drove 330d, S3, Leon Cupra 280 but this was the one and not dissapointed since. Puts a smile on my face every time I start up that V6 or apply pressure to the gas pedal what a hum. It helps that it's garaged overnight and so starting it cold in a garage adds to the enjoyment.

Just love putting it into ultra sport each time i approach a roundabout or dual carriageway or motorway and let it go in auto. The boy racers try but never succeed then I let them pass me a few hundred yards down he road and usually we are both grinning and thumbs up.

My wife loves driving it in normal drive and auto but still has loads of power on kickdown if needed. averages around 25 mpg around town but will make over 40 mpg at 75 mph motorways. But combines is always around 25 mpg.

Room in back for adults but small adults fit better. Takes a baby seat in back although we normally take our grand-daughter out in wife's fiat 500L with her other baby seat.

My 135i was fully specced and I may change to a ater model in a couple of years or try the M235i coupe but I do prefer the looks of my E82 version. Had door window blocks? and regulaters replaced under approved warranty scheme but no other problems.

Overall just a sweet enjoyable performance for buck car.
