Poor range, non working tech

Car has unpredictable and generally poor range - in the real world I'm getting 150 miles max which means we need to use my wife's car for longer journeys amd holidays.

The tech is also barely functional. The road speed indicator is frequently wrong, sat nav unusable to the extent that I use Google Maps for all trips and some parts of the interior trim are of low quality - much worse than my previous Q5. Radar cruise control and stereo work well.
